Overview of Aetna
One of our most popular Medicare Supplement carriers is Aetna. Established in 1850, it is one of the nation’s leading health care insurers, helping people achieve overall health and financial security. Aetna’s Medicare Supplement Division is currently located in Brentwood, Tennessee covering over 43 million Medicare beneficiaries in the United States. It is the most competitive carriers against other Medicare Supplement Providers on the market, achieving an A rating from A.M.’s Best and being known for their excellent customer service.
Like most states, there are 10 standardized Medicare Supplement policies available through Aetna and their subsidiary companies (excluding Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Massachusetts which have their own standardized plans.) Each plan is identified with a letter from A through N.
Enrolling in an Aetna Medicare Supplement Plan can help with the out-of-pocket medical expenses that’s typically not covered by Original Medicare.

- Hospitalization – per day coinsurance and coverage for additional 365 day after end of Medicare benefits
